EyeOnWater - Water Use Portal

Access water usage data online by clicking on the link below to set up or sign into your account. The EyeOnWater App is also available in your smart phone's App store.

Note: Please log into your account to ensure that leak alerts are enabled. We recommend setting up alerts to notify you if there are 24 consecutive hours of water usage, which may indicate a potential leak.

Account Billing

A Base Rate of $50.00 is charged to every account monthly.  

Water use is billed per gallon according to a tiered structure.

Conservation Guidelines

Billing statements are sent out the first week of each month for the previous month's water usage.

Please submit your payment by the due date.

Service Line Responsibility

If there is a leak on a service line or multi-service line, the property owner(s) are responsible for the repair costs including excavation. Please see Section 5 of the IHWD Rules and Regulations using the link or in the Official Documents page.
